Pass through the two open doorways and turn left, sprinting ahead through the open doorway, bearing right and right again toward the large door ahead.
You can run past the rampaging Necromorphs if you just keep sprinting. Pass through the left opening and then bear right after the first large support column in the broad hallway.
When you gain control of Isaac, sprint down the left hallway without pausing. Don't waste ammo blasting it to bits - just punch it once or twice for the same effect. The next door is sealed, but a fuse switch is within visual range. Credits, ammo, and more are yours for the taking, so always keep an eye out. Some can be interacted with normally many others require you to stomp on them. But you'll begin seeing them more plentifully from this room forward. We aren't going to denote every single crate, because frankly, there are hundreds.
